How to Access Your Booking on Harr Travel

Our new website makes it easier than ever to access your booking. All you need is the cruise confirmation number and your last name!

Click on Access My Booking as shown, then on Manage My Booking. From there you will enter your cruise line confirmation number and last name to access your booking details and make your deposit or final payment.

Feeling stuck? Don’t worry about the confirmation number – just call us at 1-888-871-4233 and our team will pull up your account and get you sorted.

Managing an Existing Booking

When you first log in and open your booking or search for it with Manage My Booking, you will be presented with a short trip summary. At the bottom of that screen click View More Details to open your full booking.

Once in your booking, review your reservation details. To make a payment, in the upper right click Make Payment, then follow the payment prompts.

Need to change a cabin, upgrade, or request a special occasion note for the dining room? Just reply to any email from your advisor or call us directly – changes to an existing booking are always handled by us personally.

Firstly, the most important thing stays exactly the same. Your advisor, backed by our Customer Experience team, remains your first call for everything — questions, planning, bookings, and everything in between. The personalized service and friendly team you’ve come to love is here to stay.

Our new site is home to richer destination and cruise line content, along with our signature cruise ship YouTube videos. We also have a brand new booking experience that clearly shows you available promotions and rates. We think you’ll love exploring it.

If you’ve previously logged into HarrTravel.com, you will notice some changes. You will need to register for a new account:

All of your upcoming reservations will be accessible your new HarrTravel.com account. Please note that any past canceled or departed sailings will not appear in your new account history. We continue to have record of those should you ever have a question.

We have transitioned over to a brand new booking engine and account system. You no longer need a username or password to book cruises or access your bookings. All you need is your cruise confirmation number and last name.

While a username and password are not required to book on our website, certain exclusive fares will only be available by logging in. To access our private fares, please register now: https://booking.harrtravel.com/web/customer/Registration.aspx

Once you have registered, you may see our exclusive fares shown for certain cruise lines. These fares will also always be available through our team over the phone.

Deposits and final payments can be made online through the Manage My Booking link, or by phone with our team. We’ll always let you know your payment due dates well in advance and will remind you in the weeks leading up to the final payment deadline. If you are spreading your purchase out and wish to make a partial payment, please reach out to us for assistance.

Yes. Cabin changes, changes to ship and sail date, additional guests, dining preferences, special occasion and much more can all be handled by our Customer Experience team or your Advisor. Just reply to any email from your Harr Travel contact, call us directly or submit a service request. Some changes may carry fees set by the cruise line, which we’ll always explain before making any adjustments.

For contemporary large ship cruising, we generally recommend booking 4 to 12 months before departure. For small ship and luxury voyages, including expedition and world voyages, 12 to 24 months out is common, since staterooms on these ships sell out well ahead of time. Certain seasonal destinations like Alaska, Northern Europe and Japan also book up a year or more in advance. Booking early is also how you access the strongest pricing and cabin selection, particularly if you are traveling as a family or group.

You may change your household or personal guest information after you log in at any time. On this page, you may change your personal information, password, and household guest information.

We are only able to accept bookings from our US and Canadian guests, or international guests with a US credit card and billing address.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not currently accept Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay.

Yes. We are proud of our commitment to protecting your privacy online. We value your trust in us and will work hard to earn your confidence so that you can enthusiastically use our services and recommend us to friends and family. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. If you have any questions, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

In most cases, yes. Even for cruises departing from and returning to the same U.S. port, such as many Alaska sailings, a valid passport (or other accepted travel document) is strongly recommended and, depending on the itinerary, may be required. Passports generally must be valid for at least 6 months past the date of your return home. Other entry and documentation requirements vary by destination. Your cruise line has the most up to date documentation requirements and a member of our team can forward that information should you need it.

You are eligible for the same loyalty points earning as you would by booking direct. If you earn credit card points or bonuses, do know that payments will post on your credit card statement showing as a charge from the cruise line rather than a charge from Harr Travel.

We are happy to save you money! We approach this as a collaborative effort as we do not have an automated system to continuously monitor reservations for price reductions. Our team will typically review rates when you contact us to make a payment or update information, and again when we send your final payment reminder email. If a lower rate becomes available and you notice it between one of those touchpoints, please do not hesitate to reach out. At times you might receive private e-mail offers or coupons from the cruise line, and we are always happy to check. We will review your reservation and determine whether an applicable promotion will save you money or add additional value.

Inclusions vary by cruise line and cabin category, and this is exactly why we walk through what works best for your trip during the booking process. Your advisor will lay out clearly what’s included, from meals and entertainment to gratuities, Wi-Fi, and beverage packages, so you know precisely what to expect and there’s no last minute unexpected expenses once you’re onboard.

We also have access to exclusive pricing not always available to the general public, even when booking direct. Absolutely. Harr Travel has filmed more than 2,400 firsthand ship and stateroom video tours, the largest library of its kind in the industry. Ask your advisor for the link to the specific ship and cabin category you’re considering, or browse our video library directly.

Your advisor is reachable throughout your journey. Often the people best positioned to help resolve any issues during a voyage are the onboard Guest Services team. However, we are here 7 days a week.
