The Ship That Started the Muse Class
Silver Muse entered service in April 2017, built by Fincantieri in Genoa as the first of Silversea’s Muse class. Her sisters Silver Moon and Silver Dawn followed, and this trio is the one Harr Travel guests come back to time and time again. She carries about 600 guests, every suite comes with butler service, and a 2025 refurbishment added S.A.L.T. Kitchen and S.A.L.T. Bar, with menus and cocktails inspired by the places she sails.
One standout design detail: there are no suites at the back of the ship. The aft is all public space, so everyone shares those views. He starts on the pool deck, then heads through the lounges, Silver Note, La Terrazza, the Zagara Spa and the specialty restaurants. Silver Muse Highlights

Pool Deck & The Grill
The main pool is long enough for morning laps, with a ledge running along the sides where guests sit and dip their toes in, plus two hot tubs for cooler days. A walking track circles the deck, and the pool bar anchors one end. The Grill serves elevated classics like burgers, wraps and a standout fish sandwich, and in the evening the space switches to Hot Rocks, where guests cook at the table on heated stones.
Observation Library
Set forward at the top of the ship like a crown, this lounge faces floor-to-ceiling windows, so it's the place to be when the ship cruises through scenic waters. Seating ranges from pairs of chairs to groups of six and eight, with high-tops on the far side and bar service in the evening. Around the corner is a curated library of fiction and nonfiction, with a book exchange where guests can find their next favorite read.

Panorama Lounge
All the way aft on Deck 9, the Panorama Lounge has 180-degree wraparound windows and a terrace off the back for wake views as the ship sails away. It's the classic cruise ship lounge, with a piano, bandstand and DJ booth for live music and dancing later in the evening. By day it hosts trivia, gatherings and some lectures. The bar serves the whole lounge and the terrace through the afternoon and evening.
Silver Note
Silver Note brings the classic Manhattan jazz club to sea. Jazz musicians and a vocalist perform around a piano while small plates arrive paired with the music, so dinner and the show happen together. A bar sits just behind the stage area. Silversea calls it a supper club, with soulful jazz and international flavors, and it's included in the fare. Because the room is small, it's worth reserving a table early in the cruise.

La Terrazza
La Terrazza, Italian for the terrace, sits all the way aft. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style, with salads, cheeses, charcuterie, hot dishes from around the world and two dessert stations. In the evening it becomes an Italian restaurant serving handmade pastas and antipasti, included in the fare but by reservation. The windows open on nice days for an indoor-outdoor feel, and the terrace outside has heaters for cooler destinations like Alaska and Norway.
Zagara Spa
The Zagara Beauty Spa offers massages, wraps, facials and acupuncture, along with a full salon, a barber shop, and manicures and pedicures. Guests start in a calm relaxation room with water and tea. The saunas and steam rooms in the locker areas are complimentary and look out to sea. The extra-charge thermal suite adds a hammam, heated loungers and an aft-facing whirlpool. Capacity is limited, so it's best booked by the day or for the whole cruise early.

La Dame & Kaiseki
La Dame is the ship's French restaurant, with rich classic cooking, wine pairings and an intimate room set around a central wine display. Kaiseki is named for the Japanese idea of meticulous arrangement. It serves sushi and Japanese dishes at lunch, included, then shifts to a dinner menu with two teppanyaki tables. Both carry an extra charge at dinner and seat few guests, so it's a must to book well before the venues fill up.
Dolce Vita
Named for the Italian sweet life, Dolce Vita is the ship's living room. A pianist plays in the afternoons and evenings, and Silversea now leads with an Italian-style aperitivo hour. The lounge hosts everything from bingo to trivia, and it's a good place to read during the day. The shore concierge and reception desk sit in its corners, and the cruise consultant nearby can help guests plan their next Silversea voyage.
