Dining in Eden – a Closer Look at Celebrity Cruises’ Contemporary Fine Dining Restaurant

Celebrity has raised the bar on premium cruising in recent years with the introduction of their elevated Edge Class vessels. From Celebrity Edge back in 2018, to the newest Celebrity Ascent, each ship has has been beautifully crafted with incredible artwork and structural masterpieces throughout. Each venue offers an elevated design, and none more than the popular specialty restaurant, Eden.

Contemporary Fine Dining

This contemporary fine dining restaurant was inspired by nature, drawing inspiration from different corners of the world through the menu and decor. Guests descend into the restaurant and through a menu full of flavorful appetizers, innovative entrees, and decedent desserts. Highlights of the menu include a sheep’s milk ricotta gnocchi with smoked pecorino cheese, a duet of filet mignon and mini short ribs wellington, and roasted Carabineros shrimp imported from Spain.
