Seabourn Has Completed the Roll Out of Their Brand New Restaurant- Solis
A closer look at Solis, the new Mediterranean inspired restaurant onboard Seabourn Cruise Line's Ocean vessels.
Over the past few months, Seabourn Cruise Line has continued to roll out their new dining concept- Solis. Solis is a modern Mediterranean restaurant that is all about color, character, and flavor; showcasing freshly prepared dishes created entirely from scratch. This fresh new restaurant is replacing The Grill by Thomas Keller, ending Seabourn’s 8 year partnership with Chef Keller.
In addition to the light and flavorful cuisine, Solis offers a vintage-inspired cocktail menu with classics such as Aperol Spritz, Kir Royale, and Negroni.
Natalya Leahy, President of Seabourn, said in a statement: “There’s no better way to start a new year than by unveiling a new fine dining experience, and the debut of Solis is a milestone that guests of Seabourn Quest are going to enjoy and remember. Every dish and drink at Solis have been carefully created to reflect the inspirations from the places we visit, while the design and ambiance of the dining room set the perfect Mediterranean atmosphere combined with Seabourn style for guests to enjoy during their dining experience.”

Bold Menu by Master Chef Anton Egger
Solis was created in partnership with Master Chef Anton Egger, who created a bold menu inspired by the many places that Seabourn visits in the Mediterranean. Highlights include Tuscan Porterhouse Steak, Tomato Tart, Greek Salad, and more! Guests can enjoy dining in this chic space and be reminded of the incredible ports they have visited with every bite!
Solis is now found on Encore, Ovation, Quest, and Sojourn, Seabourn’s beautiful ocean vessels.
