Viking River Cruises – The Ultimate Dining Guide to the Viking Longships
The ultimate dining guide to a Viking River Cruise Longship. Explore the main dining room at The Restaurant, or the Aquavit Terrace buffet!
A Viking River Cruise allows guests to explore the heart of Europe, and step foot in ancient cities that cannot be reached by ocean vessels. Boasting four beautiful decks, the Viking Longships offer passengers a relaxing space to enjoy lectures and educational talks, comfortable lounges and cabins, and exceptional dining throughout their time onboard.
There are two restaurants onboard a Viking Longship, including a more formal, sit-down space where fellow passengers can mingle and enjoy several courses for breakfast lunch, and dinner; as well as a more casual buffet-style option with indoor and outdoor seating.
At Harr Travel, we have worked with Viking for many years, and have an in-depth knowledge of all the spaces onboard their river vessels. Here is a comprehensive guide to all the dining venues onboard a Viking Longship.
