Coffee Bar

Located in the famous Seabourn Square, the Coffee Bar is open all day, offering fresh-made pastries, cappuccinos, espressos, lattes, and teas. This European-style coffee shop is the perfect place to relax during a long sea day, or for your morning coffee before you head off the ship for a day of adventure. Some of the ships also have a gelateria attached to the Coffee Bar, where Italian-trained gelato makers have prepared delicious flavors for guests to enjoy throughout the day.

The Colonnade

This is the main buffet onboard that guests can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While the colonnade is considered a casual dining spot, the atmosphere and service is anything but. The buffet has a rotating menu inspired by different areas of the world, and guests can dish their own food, and then sit down to any of the elegant tables laid out napkins, wine glasses, and elevated flatware. Attendants move throughout, offering difference glasses of wine, and will bring water, lemonade, and other drinks upon request.

The Patio

Located on the pool deck, The Patio offers al-fresco casual bites for lunch. Guests can enjoy the Napa-inspired burger, a slice of pizza, soups and salads, or a refreshing drink from the Patio Bar, and relax poolside on the extra-comfy loungers and day-beds. Complimentary caviar and champagne is served each day on the pool deck as well.

This is the main dining room experience onboard the Seabourn ships. Guests can enjoy classic dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Highlighs include: Escargots; Roasted Plum Tomato Soup; Caramelized Sea Scallops & Capon Saltimbocca; Grilled Hanger & New York Cut Sirloin Steak; and Hot Amaretto Soufflé.

Solis

Found on the classic ocean vessels in the Seabourn fleet, Solis is a sit-down restaurant inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean. From the coastline of Spain, so the islands of Greece, all the way to the Amalfi Coast, Solis offers a rotating menu that is created around the freshest ingredients found in the regions of the world the ship is visiting.

Sushi

Found on: Encore, Ovation

For fresh and bold flavors, Sushi on Encore and Ovation is the popular spot. This Japanese restaurant pays homage to Japan’s relationship with the sea, offering a delicious menu of sushi and sashimi. Highlights include: Salmon Tataki; Yellowtail Sashimi; the California Roll; the Dragon Roll; and Green Tea Custard for dessert.

Note: On Venture and Pursuit, there is no formal sushi restaurant, but in the Club Lounge, there is complimentary sushi served each day called “Sushi in the Club”.
